Our Property Management is onsite Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. Although between our property management, service, leasing and security teams there is always someone onsite.

As a pre-requisite to your residence at BLVD, you are required to have two valid accounts prior to your move-in date: one with an electricity retailer, and another with Metergy. • Electricity – consumers in Alberta are free to select their preferred electricity retailer. Refer to this link for a list of eligible retailers in Alberta as step one towards setting up your electricity account: https://ucahelps.alberta.ca/retailers.aspx. • Metergy - we have partnered with Metergy for your water metering needs. There is a $50 admin fee for Metergy. Each suite is individually monitored and billed. If you have any billing inquiries, contact the Customer Care Team at 1.866.449.4423.

Yes! BLVD Beltline offers several online services, including paying rent and submitting 24/7 maintenance requests.

Any provider may be used! Telus modems exist in all current units for easy hook up! However, residents may use Shaw, or any other provider currently exisiting on the property.

Dependent on the date of move-in a pro-rate fee may be required, and or 1st months rent.

Residents are able to permit guests within the property. All rules and regulations of the community apply to permitted guests.

In accordance with your Tenancy Agreement, your rental payment is due on or before the first of each month. For your convenience, you can use RENTCafé to make rental payments from the comfort of your own home via credit card, debit card, or you can sign up for pre-authorized payments. Additional charges applicable for online credit or debit payment. You can speak to your Community Administrator or email [email protected] if you have any questions or would like help getting signed up, or scan the QR code below.

Must be approved by Property Management (conditions apply).

Online rent payments may be completed through the resident RentCafe online portal.

Monthly fees included but are not limited to reflect the monthly rent, underground secured parking, storage, bicycle parking, and pet fees.

Residents remain responsible until the agreed upon end date of the fixed term agreement.

It is important for the safety and security of your belongings that you carry adequate contents insurance. The insurance clause in your residential tenancy agreement stresses the obligation to insure your personal property against damage and maintain liability coverage throughout your tenancy. BLVD Beltline residents MUST provide proof of Tenants Insurance before taking possession of their suite. If proof of insurance is not provided at the time of move-in, the fob to your suite will not be released. Please provide insurance renewal information prior to the expiration date of the insurance coverage. A copy of your policy will be placed in your personal file in the property managers office. Please ask your insurance company to provide a declaration page showing the following: • Policy number • Address of your home location • Date of term (must cover the length of the lease term) • Amount of insurance (must show a minimum of $2 million liability insurance) • Name of insurance company

It does not cost anything to take a tour of BLVD Beltline.

Heat is included with the rent, residents remain responsible for water (completed through Metergy only) and electricity (may use any City of Calgary provider).

The security deposit is $1000. (excluding Townhouses and Penthouses)

We have parking available for $200/ month for the first assigned stall in our heated secure parkade. 

Visitor parking is managed by a third party, current rates are subject to change. Residents enjoy 48 hours of complimentary parking per month which is allocated in 12-hour segments. All visitor vehicles must be registered.

Heat and air conditioning are included, but water and electricity are separate.

Tenant’s insurance with a liability of $2,000,000 is required and each leaseholder should be listed on your policy.

Pet fees are $25/month per pet (some breed restrictions apply for dogs).

Yes, at BLVD Beltline, our Beltline, Calgary apartments are pet-friendly. BLVD Club offers an exceptional Pet Spa amenity built for your furry family members. Pamper your pooch with two Washing and Drying stations, as well as a pet-friendly waiting area. This is the perfect spot to wash up after a big hike or for regular cleaning to keep your pup clean and healthy. Our pet policy allows up to 2 pets per suite. Dog breed restrictions and pet fees apply. 

Our washer and dryer units are located within our suites for easy resident use.

Yes, restricted Dog Breeds: Pitbull / Mastiff / Doberman / Chow / German or Australian Shepherd / Presa Canario / Cane Corso / Siberian Husky / Bull Terrier / Rottweiler / St. Bernard / Malamute / American Eskimo / Mountain Dog / American Bulldog / Husky / Staffordshire Terrier / Wolf Dog or Hybrid / Akita / Terrier / Dogo / Bassett Hound / Any other breed which is bred to be a guard or attack dog / Any mixed breeds are subject to approval. • Guide and Service dogs are permitted. Valid documentation will be required. • Fish tanks are allowed up to 50 gallons. • Birds must remain caged at all times. No Parrots • No rodents – rats, gerbils, guinea pigs, hedgehogs, ferrets, rabbits or similar • No exotic pets, including snakes, lizards, spiders, scorpions, exotic cat breeds, etc.

Yes, BLVD Beltline does have a pet park. BLVDBark is a hip dog park on the BLVD Beltline property, that is open to residents and great community members.

Yes, BLVD Beltline is a pet-friendly community. All dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside of your suite and pets are not permitted in amenity spaces aside from the pet spa and BLVDBark. Each resident is responsible for cleaning up any “accidents” their pet has left inside the suite, inside the building, or outdoors. Types of pets allowed: Dogs, cats, birds, fish

BLVD Beltline in Beltline offers a variety of apartment and community amenities, including an outdoor pool, workshop and bike wash, pet spa, exclusive resident events, expansive windows, and water -conscious features. Visit our Amenities page for more information.

The number of pets allowed per suite: 2 dogs, 2 cats or 1 dog and 1 cat or 2 birds. A pet fee of $25 per pet per month will be levied on your account.

Our suites at BLVD Beltline our suites are equipped with in-suite laundry, a dishwasher, fridge, and an oven with a stove top.

BLVD Beltline does not offer furnished apartments at this time.

We do offer a refer a friend discount, Refer your friends to BLVD Beltline and you and your friend will get $250 each! For more information, contact the Leasing team at 403.690.1079. *Terms and conditions apply. $250 will be added as a credit to your ledger. Referred occupant must be moved in before referral credit is added.

BLVD Beltline offers a wide range of luxury amenities to our residents. Please visit the Amenities page to learn more.

Located on the 2nd floor rooftop and available for all residents to use, includes a fire lounge, dining area with six barbecues, a seasonal lounge pool, as well as an outdoor cinema. The pool is available annually from Spring to Fall. We kindly ask that when you use the pool, you are mindful of noise for the residents dwelling around the pool courtyard. Alcohol, food, drinks, and glass are strictly prohibited in the pool and around the pool deck. Seasonal Outdoor Pool 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Our split-level gym spans both the ground floor and the 2nd floor of the building. The lower level is focused on weight training, while the upper level focuses on cardio. A private yoga/spin studio is located on the 2nd floor and is available for private bookings. We also offer Fitness On Demand™ for our resident's virtual workout needs.

There is no fee to use our amenities or common spaces. Amenities Hours of Operation are: - General amenities 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. - Fitness Centre 24/7 - Seasonal Outdoor Pool 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Parking stalls are available in our heated underground parkade, at a monthly rate. Residents are only permitted to park in their assigned stalls. A vehicle parked in the wrong stall may be ticketed and towed at the owner’s expense.

Storage lockers are available to rent for $50/month.

Secure bike storage is available for $20/month.

Maintenance

Apartments are painted, cleaned and brought to our pristine move in ready standard.

BLVD Beltline has an on-site maintenance team with responsibilities of regular maintenance of the building and assisting with in-suite issues as they arise.

If a maintenance issue arises, please submit a maintenance request through your resident RentCafe Portal or App.

Emergency maintenance is available 24 hours per day 7 days per week. Residents of BLVD must dial Security at 403-618-3340 ext 5 or visit the front desk at any hour for assistance. Non-emergency requests are completed through the residents RentCafe portal.

If you are ever locked out of your suite, please visit the concierge or security team with a piece of ID and we would be happy to let you into your suite.

You will not need to be present for a service technician to perform work in your suite.

Your suite is your home, so feel free to bring out your creative side. However, please keep in mind that prior to moving out, you will be required to bring the walls back to their original condition upon moving in (including, but not limited to, changing paint, filling nail holes, etc.). Use of real Christmas trees are prohibited.
