Our Sustainable Choices for Eco-Friendly Apartment Living
Comfortable & Controllable Climate
You want your apartment to be inviting and comfortable. At BLVD Beltline, you can have comfort and be sustainable. The ventilation and air conditioning systems throughout our building are designed to meet international standards for comfort and efficiency, ensuring optimal indoor air quality.
Natural Lighting
Each suite features large windows to maximize the views of Calgary and beyond and to allow natural daylight into the building. Natural light promotes mental well-being and helps to lift your mood all year round. The increase in natural light also helps to reduce electricity consumption by minimizing the need for artificial lighting.
Connectivity
Our central location on the Beltline is ideal for supporting your daily commute. Your BLVD Beltline apartment is near several easily accessible bus and train lines to travel anywhere in Calgary! Extensive walking paths and bike lanes provide convenient access to the surrounding amenities. The building is also located close to restaurants, boutique stores, museums, and green spaces, offering a lively social scene.
Clean Air
Clean air is essential for your apartment, and BLVD Beltline is built with your health and safety in mind. The building uses materials containing no or low volatile organic compounds (known as VOCs). This ensures optimal indoor air quality to protect occupants with sensitive respiratory problems.
Water-Conscious Features
Conserving water is an important way to care for the environment. Each suite in the building has dedicated water meters, so you can track your water usage. We also installed low-flow plumbing fixtures to keep water conservation in mind and help make your contributions easy.
EV Charging Stations
We have embraced electric vehicle technology and supported our residents and their move to green vehicle technologies by installing several electric vehicle charging stations on-site!

SKATING AT OLYMPIC PLAZA
Olympic Plaza is one of Calgary’s most scenic spots, with a great view of downtown and fantastic lighting – and it’s the perfect spot for a Valentine’s date. Plus, there are some fun food options close by to keep everything nice and close.
GO BOWLING AT NATIONAL
Bowling is such a fun date night activity! Challenge each other to a friendly round of bowling in an adults-only atmosphere (after 7 p.m.) and choose your eats from the full National menu. Their lanes accommodate up to eight people, so this is a great spot for double or group dates as well. Extend the evening by playing ping pong or pinball and end the night upstairs with beers at National on 10th.

TAKE A SELF-GUIDED HOT CHOCOLATE TOUR
The timing of Calgary's delectable festival in February is not a mere coincidence. This Valentine's Day, grab your warmest clothes and join in on the fun at the YYC Hot Chocolate Fest. Dedicate the whole weekend to trying out as many unique hot chocolate creations as possible, keep track of your favorites, and cast your vote for the best one. Not only will you have exciting things to discuss, but you'll also get some fresh air and savor delicious treats with your loved one!
DO AN AT-HOME BEER OR WINE TASTING
Sometimes a date night right at home in your BLVD Beltline suite is just what you need. Put together a charcuterie board (or pick one up from our neighbours at MeetNCheese), and pick your poison. Whether it’s brews, wine, or whatever your preferred drink – pick up a few and spend the evening drinking and talking with your special someone.
